SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We are served by UPS and FedEx. UPS is our preferred carrier with ground service as our default shipping method. Shipping to all 50 United States is FREE. A $50. discount will be given to UPS international shipments, actual costs calculated at the time of order.

Orders are filled within 1 business day and shipments occur to most United States within 3 to 5 days. A tracking number will be provided to allow you to "Track Your Order" from this website.

If an item is out of stock, notification will be by fax or email within 24 hours. You can then cancel or back order your item. Any backordered product will be shipped as soon as it is available, and we will send you a 10% coupon good off your next purchase.

If an item is damaged during shipping, email us at customerservice@ClocksForever.com with the order id number, your name, phone number and description of damage. The damaged clock will be picked up and a brand new replacement will be shipped, at no extra cost.

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

30 days - no questions asked.

In the rare event you want to return your clock, items may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All items must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Products must be returned by UPS and insured for full value. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.

All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

A return authorization number must be obtained from us before returning merchandise. Please call us at 757-206-1750 to obtain a "Retail Authorization" and location to return the product. Once we receive the merchandise back, a credit for the purchase price (minus restocking fee) will be issued, using the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

Our grandfather clocks have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Our cuckoo clocks have a 2 year manufacturer warranty.
